Renée M. Simon

Renée Simon is a Barrister and Solicitor in the Province of Ontario and the founding lawyer of Emerald Law. An advocate for the vulnerable and a cheerleader for the driven, Renée is an expert in identifying the strength's in each client and working in positive collaboration to achieve what's in each client's best interests. Renée's practice focuses on all aspects of family law including custody and spousal support, divorce, access, marriage contracts and property related issues. Renée also has over 5 years experience in Real Estate Law working as a law clerk previous to being called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. With a Bachelors in Sociology, Renée has the advantage of understanding the social behaviors, social interaction and patterns of social relationships, a great benefit to practice area of family law.
